Eng. Ridhuan is the group chairman. From the beginning of his career, through to his current position, Ridhuan has gained a broad range of experience in the electrical and construction industry. He is an experienced operations executive who has demonstrated the ability to lead a diverse team of professionals to new levels of success in the fast-paced environment of the highly competitive, cutting-edge industry.
He has strong business and technical qualifications, together with an impressive track record of hands-on experience, over many years, in strategic planning, business development, project management, and systems engineering strategies.
He has a proven ability to successfully analyze an organization’s critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenue, and key client retention.
He has established an excellent record of meeting client needs and expectations in challenging situations and is a versatile manager of projects. Eng. Ridhuan is a real estate investor and manufacturer.
He is a registered Professional Engineer and a member of the Tanzania Institute of Engineers with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dar es salaam.
